What are the Charm Bar pieces made from?
To ensure your special charm bar pieces are long lasting and sparkly for longer, we have used a base of quality sterling silver and plated them in a 14K Gold PVD plating, ensuring the plating bonds at a molecular level to the piece for longevity.
Are the charms removable or fixed?
Once your order is placed, we carefullysolder each charm to your chosen chainin the exact layout you selected during customisation.
We do this to ensure your charms stay securely in place — no slipping, no lost pieces — so your necklace stays just the way you designed it.
How long does it take to ship?
Custom Charm Bar pieces are usually created and dispatched within 1 business day from placing your order. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout, where express orders will be prioritised. We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100.
Can I add more charms later?
Absolutely! You can purchase additional charms anytime and add them to your existing Dear Keepsake Charm Bar necklace, this will incurr a fee of shipping & soldering, please reach out to the team athello@dearkeepsake.com.auto assist you.
Can I gift a customised necklace?
Yes! You can design it yourself and ship it directly to them, or send a digital gift card so they can create their own. Please write any requests or info we may need in the order notes!
What if I make a mistake or want to change something after I order?
We recommend reviewing your choices before placing the order, but if you need to make a change, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
