All pieces are lovingly finished by hand. Each individual charm is hand soldered by our Brisbane based expert jeweller, especially just for you. Due to the nature of the soldering process, slight markings may occur on the back of the hoop where it connects to the chain. These are not faults and are caused by the heat from the soldering process. A natural feature of it's making. 

Every piece is carefully crafted with attention to quality.

As each letter is uniquely shaped, charm sizes may vary slightly to each other and the image shown. 

The example image shows the spacing that the charms will be attached, depending on the number of charms you select. Charms are placed left to right.
