How does it work?
When you arrive into our shop our Jeweller will guide you though our chain selection. Once a chain has been chosen it will be measured exactly to your wrist and prepared for a quick zap of light (micro-weld). After a quick polish and quality control you have bespoke keepsake.
Is it painful?
Absolutely not! It is a non-invasive painless experience.
What if i need to remove my permanent Jewellery?
If you are wanting to remove your connected permanent jewellery you can cut the jump ring with scissors. We can re-weld your bracelet back on for you via making a repair booking, noting there is a $30 charge for a new jump ring & appointment slot.
How Long does it last?
Your Connected permanent jewellery piece is made out of 14K or 18K solid gold which makes them perfect for everyday wear (safe to wear in the ocean, chlorine & shower).
How do I book a connected appointment?

How long does a Connected appointment take?
We allow 30 minutes for each Connected appointment. If you are wanting two pieces or to be done alongside a friend please book two consecutive appointments.
Is there an age minimum?
No! For anyone under the age of 16 they must be accompanied by an adult.
