Connected offers a distinctive in-person experience, custom-fitting and soldering solid gold chains onto your wrist or ankle.

You can choose from a range of chain styles crafted from 14 Karat and 18 Karat Yellow or White Gold, starting at $150.

Please note: it's essential to keep in mind that when booking jewellery appointments, discounts codes do not apply and you will be charged the remainder on the day. 

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit, deducted from your order total on the day of your appointment. It's important to understand that all permanent jewellery is custom cut, making refunds or exchanges unavailable.

Please note that the 10% Off sign-up discount doesn't apply to permanent jewellery appointments. Using this discount code will add the discounted amount to your total on the day.

We provide a one-month warranty for permanent jewellery repairs, conditional upon the chain remaining in your possession and sustaining damage at the soldered jump ring. If the chain is lost and cannot be retrieved, we cannot replace or refund it.

It's your responsibility to safeguard your purchased item. If the warranty has expired, and the chain is snapped from being pulled, it can be re-soldered for a $30 repair fee.
It's essential to keep in mind that all permanent jewellery is custom-fit; consequently, once the chain is cut, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Furthermore, should you fail to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, it will lead to the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
